Minimize handling and preserve tissue integrity
coreCARE® Tissue Transfer Technology
• Shortens tissue preparation time
• Makes tissue easier to gross in
• Maintains tissue integrity
Tissue Transfer Methods
Current Methods
• Lengthen tissue preparation time
• Make tissue more difficult to gross in
coreCARE® Tissue Transfer Cradle
• Shortens tissue preparation time
• Makes tissue easier to gross in
During Tissue Transfer
Current Methods
• Frequently cause tissue fragmentation
• Disrupt histologic architecture
coreCARE® Touch & Go
• Atraumatic tissue transfer
• Preserves histologic architecture
During Transport to Pathology
Current Methods
• May fragment and deform tissue
coreCARE® Touch & Go
• Tissue firmly attached to cradle prevents tissue fragmentation and deformation
During Grossing
Current Methods
• Each tissue fragment is retrieved
• Ends of fragments approximated to measure length
coreCARE® Touch & Go
• Tissue attached to cradle remains intact
• Grossing Ruler enables measurement of tissue length
